A Callsign reset is when everyones hider callsigns are unlinked from their primary callsign. Callsign resets are performed twice a year, typically in the middle of the summer and the middle of the winter.

This allows you to create two completely new callsigns to use as Hiders. Note that it is still impossible to have more than 3 total callsigns; and that you can't "get rid of" your primary callsign (although you can change it, as explained here).

What happens to the old usernames?

Nothing happens to any usernames that you have created, they are neither deleted nor disabled. You can still log on with them if you wish, and no one else can "steal" them - unless the name is so old it has been reclaimed.

Adding new usernames

Adding new hiders is done in the same way, with the same restrictions, as usual.

Can you remove ________ from my list of three so I can use another hider?

Yes. It will be removed the next time a callsign reset is performed.
