A quick overview of current training courses - January 2009
Cadet 1 is a course for completely new players.
It is aimed at allowing you to contribute to your team in a very short period. You can either read it here by yourself, or signup for the full course. The full course breaks the information down to three weeks and provides you with a private forum with volunteer instructors who will answer any questions that may arise.
Cadet 2 is a course for beginner/intermediate players. You need to have signed up and completed the full version of Cadet 1 to enroll in this.
It is aimed at building upon the knowledge established in Cadet 1 to make you a more effective pilot. Once again you get a private forum with instructors. You can expect the course to take longer, go more in-depth, and expect more participation from yourself.
Allegiance Command School is a course for advanced players.
It is aimed at training average commanders to good commanders. Completion of Cadet 2 is a must, as will be several more months of experience.
